Vestre launches Outdoor Furniture Collection “My Town”

Esteemed Nordic furniture designers and manufacturers Vestre have launched a “My Town” collection inspired by today’s  urban landscape. “We are constantly more people on earth and it places greater demands on how we plan our cities. With My Town we turn a kind of open, green and accessible city”, says Jan Christian Vestre, President of Vestre.

Vestre has been providing outdoor furniture for cities, parks and public spacesfor over 70 years as well as creating social venues for millions of people. The POP collection boasts bold items that will brighten up any landscape in the modern world. Here are some highlights from the collection below.

 Pop is a new furniture range, which consists of perforated benches, tables, urban screens and planters. The furniture can be supplied in countless color combinations. City screens have several functions: as a trellis for climbing plants, bulletin board and flexible elements to create intimate spaces in the urban jungle. City screens are available in different sizes and with different hole types.

BERLIN CITY CHAIR

Design: Voll, Tore Borgersen & Michael Olofsson

 Berlin is an urban chair that can be free-standing or mounted on to the surface. The curved seat provides good comfort and good support. Berlin is also available in a pivoting version that spins 360 degrees.

BLOC planter

Design: Atle Tveit and Lars Tornøe

Green urban areas provides happy people. This year completed the award-winning furniture series Bloc with planter in steel. Planting vessels are available in four sizes and can be supplied with irrigation system.
