Vegan Rise At Taku-Taku

Sweden is getting its first-ever all-vegan chain of fast food restaurants. This is thanks to chef Sebastian Shauermann, who recently opened the first outlet at the Paradiset organic food store in Sickla. Next, the plan is to expand to Södermalm and later the rest of the country.

The menu pulls culinary inspiration from the whole world and patrons may enjoy vegan tacos, Korean ‘ssäm’ wraps and ‘temple bowls’ to name but a few items. If you can’t get enough during your visit to Taku-Taku, they also sell home-made pickles, condiments and spice mixes for you to satisfy any spontaneous cravings at home.
