Inspired by the supper club scene found abroad, chefs Marion Ringborg and Linn Söderström are temporarily taking over art gallery Minority for a number of social dining events (at least until the end of 2017. Keep an eye on the website for updates). Ringborg, previously at Spring in London, and Söderström, a freelance chef known from radio and television, found each other through their mutual love for honest and straightforward food, and for pairing it with natural wines, and enjoying it in a social setting.

There are 12 chairs around the Garba table, and a ticket holder for a meal will be treated to good company, as well as flavours and dishes that aim to stimulate creativity and the senses.
