Stockholm foodies are getting a new dining option to investigate as Restaurang Ljunggren launches Råbaren, its new Rawfood experience. Råbaren will focus on serving gastronomic rawfood, such as sashimi sourced from local organic sources. Restaurant head Lina Jeppsson says “We are so proud of what Råbaren represents in terms of flavour combinations and aesthetics, and also as a place to hang out. We are also proud of our focus on sourcing produce from sustainable and environmentally friendly fisheries”. It will also have its own bar, specialising in gin and champagne drinks.
