The eclectic and energetic duo Anti Pony consists of vocalist Sanna Colling and guitarist Alexander Pierre. While they do not have an album nor an EP out yet, their musical history is very interesting.

After hearing them perform at a festival in Europe, Ron Sexsmith’s wife suggested the duo come over to Canada to live with her and Ron for a while; where they would write music and spend time with interesting people far, far away from the comfort of Stockholm. The trip was made into reality and ended with Sanna and Alexander performing at the music festival North by Northwest, opening for Sexsmith himself.

Anti Pony are constantly working on new material, performing their day job while struggling in the studio every night. When performing live, they usually bring in friends for support on drums, organ and bass while guitarist Alexander Pierre tears down the first row with his impressive skills on the guitar. And lets not forget Sanna Colling. Together with Alexander, they are the light and drive of Anti Pony’s live shows. Colling is uncomfortably comfortable as a front woman, and it’s easy to see why.
