Theatre of Food

December 5 marks an exciting moment in the Stockholm food scene with the opening of Teatern at Ringen by Skanskull. We expect a delicious new addition that will bring together some top chefs and acclaimed pastry-makers under one roof.

With 250 seats and covering about 900 square meters, Teatern promises an innovative experience that is sure to leave you satisfied. Restaurateur Ricard Constantinou has developed the concept together with AMF Fastigheter, and Teatern will feature nine kitchens with different culinary themes, as well as a patisserie.

The stated aim is to make fabulous dining experiences available to everyone by serving quality food in a fast and unpretentious way. Akin to K25, Teatern will be a place to socialize, shop, drink, and have your taste buds tickled by the various tasty dishes on offer.

Among the row of top kitchen talent lining up to produce their mouth-watering morsels are Claes Grännsjö and Alexander Bäckman and their Nook Market, a branch of their famed restaurant Nook. At Teatern they will serve Asian-inspired street food such as the Vietnamese baguette *banh mi* and steam buns, a kind of steamed bread with bacon.

Among the other chefs are household names like Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman and pastry chef Daniel Roos of K-märkt Patisserie & Bageri plus Magnus Nilsson of Korvkiosk, vegan chef Maximillian Lundin, and Linus Ahlstedt and Mikael Gröndal, who bring their successful Snack Bar with them from K25. More names and info will be revealed closer to the opening.
