With Centan, restaurant owner Axel Hansson aims to provide those who live on the outskirts of town with culinary treats, normally only found at the more central locations.
The drop-in-only venue has already established itself as a popular neighbourhood eatery, with a seasonal menu and tasty dishes. Shane Schneck, who incidentally also lives in the area, has created the interior and some of the flatware is made by students at a local school.
Centan is a true local affair, well worth the metro ride out.
