GIG: A RAMA LAMA CHRISTMAS
It’s been a big year for Rama Lama Records. They released a gang of singles, EPs from Melby and Steve Buscemi’s Dreamy Eyes and even got a massive feature with us. And so to celebrate, they’re throwing a big ol Christmas party at Debaser Strand with 3/4 of their roster and special guests Magic Potion. Melby, Cat Princess, Delsbo Beach Club and Magic Potion will all play live, Rama Lama DJ and there’ll be free pepparkakor to their earlist guests. Indie Santa did come after all.
CLUB: UNDER BRON
The first of two strong options for going out on Xmas day (just as Baby Jesus would have wanted), Under Bron is putting on a full line-up until 05:00. Birdsmakingmachine is live downstairs, and Toxe, Oli X and Rasuul play upstairs. Entry is free until 23:00.
CLUB: LADIESLOVEHIPHOP
And if your music taste leans more towards hip-hop, this is the Xmas day party for you. Linda Napoles, Rebecca Tegegne, Noshin Davarasl and Nataša Marijana are the club night collective LadiesLoveHipHop, and they’re taking over at Södra Teatern until 04:00. They say “Come with your most sparkly and gorgeous outfit and we’ll serve you the music, drinks and other surprises”. Entrance is limited, so either buy your tickets early or get there early.
