The Strand is the restaurant at the historic Radisson Collection Strand Hotel on Blasieholmen, and they’re making a new addition to their menu from this weekend. From Saturday, they’re launching their new brunch concept Just Brunch. The Just Brunch menu will feature seasonal ingredients and Nordic flavours, with hot and cold dishes including american pancakes, meatballs, salads, pulled pork wraps and much more, along with a full dessert buffet. The brunch will be accompanied on the audio side of things with music from DJ Johan Nets.

Just Brunch will be available on Saturdays at 12:00 and 14:00, and on Sundays too from March 2. The Saturday brunch is available from January 26.
