After the summer Malin Söderström’s restaurant The Fishery, now residing at Ringen’s food market Teatern by Skanstull, will also open up in Gallerian together with a new concept focusing on greens. ”With The Fishery we want to offer the best from the ocean at a price range where as many people as possible can afford to enjoy it. With our new concept we want to do the same thing from the earth. The focus is solely on well-cooked greens,” says Malin Söderström. The two restaurants will share the premises with its entry located at Brunkebergstorg.
