Kungliga Operan winds things down a little in terms of their performances over the summer months, but it’s still worth popping by. Because they’re hosting a series of summer concerts (the Sommarkonsert series) with the Opera’s own singers and musicians. Held in the Kungliga foajén, the summer series is a chance to enjoy classical music in a more stripped-back and intimate setting, along with a glass of something sparkling. Each concert has a theme, including ‘Love Duets’, ‘Summer’s nature and wildlife’ and even ‘I Hate Music!’, and the series kicks off on June 27.
