With a nudge from chef Sayan Isaksson and inspiration from Hong Kong, Japan and Korea and traditional charcoal grilling, our most familiar fast food treats, such as falafels, tacos, sliders and bowls, will get a new lease of life in the Teatern food court at Ringen with the opening of Nu. As modern cuisine culture demands, all ingredients are locally grown and sourced. Everything on the menu is gluten and dairy-free and made from scratch.
