Josefin Öhrn and her band The Liberation have been putting out little slices of motornik-infused pysch-rock for a while, and now they’ve announced the release of their début long-player, Horse Dance. It will be released on November 6 on Bristol label Rocket Recordings. In the meantime, they’ve put out a video for album track ‘Take Me Beyond’, directed by Christian Saldert.
‘Take Me Beyond’ has been out for a few months now, but its drifting, spacey atmosphere fused with shades of NEU!-esque driving momentum and guitar fuzz still sounds as good as ever. The video is a blur of imagery, colours, scenes and sunlight all blended together into a trippy mix, staying pretty faithful to the song’s artistic headspace. Check it out below.
