The Japanese-Swedish scent brand Muro Scents launched in Tokyo in 2017, and since then has spread to Hong-Kong, Britain and recently, back to Scandinavia. Now they’re going to be moving into the Swedish market properly this autumn, coming to Nordiska Galleriet, APLACE, Svenskt tenn and Hotel at Six. Before that though, they’re having a pop-up at Åhlens’ Mall of Scandinavia outlet.

The pop-up will offer Muro Scents’ four scents, Nordic Musk, Bakai, Palo and Kyara, as oils, air-freshening sprays, candles and scent sticks, and also features a small art installation by glass-blower Morgan Persson. Muro say: “We want to enhance peoples surroundings with an array of natural fragrances. Opening our first pop up in Åhléns Mall of Scandinavia enables us to bring our scents to a wider public and strengthen our presence in Sweden which we hope will then become our joint home/market with Japan”.

The Muro Scents pop-up will be open from September 25 to November 10.
