Those who’ve seen pastry chef Roy Fares on television know that restraint is not one of his main virtues. What he loves best in life is sinking his teeth into the largest, sugary-est and fattest-packed pastries and cakes known to man.

With the opening of MR Cake, Fares and fellow pastry chef Mattias Ljungberg practice what they preach. “This won’t be another classic pastry shop. We’re envisioning a casual spot that offers a cool and creative experience”, says Ljungberg.
Finally, a place where more really means more. It opens this autumn.
