You’ve probably noticed that Lilla Hotellbaren has been undergoing renovations this summer. They’ve gotten a thorough remodelling, with the new interior transforming the bar into a beer hall style, with wider, bench-style seating and a lighter, brighter design. The beer hall concept also extends to the bar, with 17 different beers available, with other alternatives for the non-beer fans including the also soon-to-be-remodelled cocktail bar.

“The inspiration for this new focus comes from beer halls in Berlin and Copenhagen, and when it was time to redevelop Lilla Hotellbaren the beer-hall concept was a given”, says Svensson, Food & Beverage Manager at the bar’s parent hotel, the Scandic Malmen.
