Former Swedish House Mafia-member Sebastian Ingrosso is already amongst the owners of Un Poco at Karlavägen and now he’s expanding his grip on Stockholm’s restaurant scene. Together with Serhan Stojanov he’s opening a kale-focussed restaurant in the Treat restaurant’s old premises on Roslagsgatan.
Serhan is yet another person diagnosed with the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and the idea is that the new restaurant Kale & Crave will be both healthy and IBS-friendly.
“Our group of friends are complete nerds when it comes to good and healthy food. We have threads on Facebook where we post whatever we find when we are out travelling,” Sebastian Ingrosso said to Stockholm Direkt.
