Jamaican food in Gullmarsplan

Posted August 11, 2013 in Food & Drink

YardieHaving previously reported on the food truck craze sweeping Stockholm, we are delighted to highlight a new addition to the pack. Yardie is the first and only Jamaican fast-food joint on wheels in Stockholm.

Since putting on the handbrake and opening its doors in July, patrons have raved about Yardie’s delicious rice and peas, fried chicken, sweet potato fries, and Red Snapper dishes.

Two Jamaican chefs, Ike and Jerry, man the kitchen, ensuring everything is marinated and cooked to perfection. The duo also offer bookings, catering, and a nice outdoor seating to boot.

So the next time you’re standing in Gullmarsplan waiting for your bus or subway why not treat yourself to some delicious Caribbean food? Located on Simlångsvägen 50, Yardie is a stones throw from Gullmarsplan T-Bana station.

Opening hours:
Mon – Fri: 10:30 – 23:00
Sat: 12:00 – 23:00
Sun: 12:00 – 21:00

For more info, contact Yardie here.
