Overground Odenplan is one of Stockholm’s newest music venues, only opening up in September, and they’ll be hosting concerts by the likes of Art Nation and Cajsa Siik over the coming months. First up however, is Öhrn who’s playing there this Saturday. Öhrn is Frida Öhrn, also a member of Cookies n Beans and Oh Laura, and she’s launching a solo career. An EP, Bang Bang, is coming out in November on her own label Eagle Brain, and she’s released the title track ahead of that EP. ‘Bang Bang’ is a heavy, dark pop song, riding the borderline of tension and sadness.
