Dödsdansen

The main highlight on the Stockholm theatre scene this fall is quite possibly the premiere of Dödsdansen. August Strindberg’s Dance of Death, the timeless triangle drama, premieres late October directed by Stefan Larsson. The classic masterpiece is about a joy free marriage with bitterness over sacrificed dreams and lost career opportunities. The situation boils over when Edgar and Alice get a visit from Kurt, a friend from America.

Love, hatred, ageing and death are among the subjects covered by the impressive all star cast of Mikael Persbrandt, Thomas Hanzon and the ever so enthralling Lena Endre.

Dödsdansen is playing at Maximteatern from Oct 22
