Eat This Now- Early Vegetables
Why:
I’m a real vegetable person and love to develop new dishes with them. As we’ve just started getting in new crops, that’s where my focus lies.
How:
Combined with Swedish game, which leaves a very light footprint on the environment. And accompanied with organic wine, preferably from my second home country, Austria. My current favourite is from Allacher, a wine farmer in Burgenland that has produced organic wines since 1992.
Where:
I get all of my organic produce from Paradiset Foodhall or Stockholms Matmarknad.
