Lo-fi side project of Vivian Girls’ Cassie Ramone and Woods’ Kevin Morby, The Babies have done a number on the Williamburg scene of late with their brand of shouty garage rock. The faint to-and-fro vocals of Ramone and Morby have a Pixies-esque appeal, while kinetic garage rock guitars offer simple pleasures. Following a brief jaunt on the festival circuit, the group arrive in Sweden. Support comes from Malmö punks Terrible Feelings.
