Tensta Konsthall

Tensta Konsthall is one of the city’s most important cultural institutions, a vital community space for Tensta as well as the home of some of the most avant garde and innovative exhibitions at any art centre in Stockholm. For their 20th anniversary, the filmmakers Salad Hilowle and Jonas Böttern brought their cameras into the Konsthall to make a documentary about its day-to-day existence.

Now that film, Tensta konsthall – Samtid och framtid, is being shown at Zita on Wednesday, Dec 19. It tracks a year in the live of the Konsthall’s exhibitions, seminars, workshops and more, as well as talking to the people behind the Konsthall about what makes it important and what goes into making it work every day. It opens at 18:30. Entry is free, although booking is still necessary from Zita’s website.

Dec 19, 18:30-20:00, Zita Folkets Bio
