This week is another big week for the city’s food community as the Sthlm Food And Wine fair 2018 opens. The fair will host over 250 exhibitors and 35,000 visitors over its three-day span, and will host an extensive programme of talks and awards. The talks programme include Vegan Fast Food with Sebastian Schauermann, and Asian Cooking In Under Ten Minutes With Jennie Walldén. Competitions during the fair include the Swedish Sandwich Championships (Mack SM) and Sweden’s Best Food Blog. The fair opens at 11:00 on Friday and runs until Sunday.
