Magnus Johansson is one of Sweden’s most celebrated confectioners, having provided desserts to the Nobel ceremony dinner and starred on the television programme Dessertmästarna. He’s got a bakery in Hammarby
Sjöstad, Magnus Johansson Bageri & Konditori, and that’s the site of his new collaboration with liqueur brand Baileys. They’re teaming up for a couple of new Halloween treats. Johansson has created some Baileys-infused Halloween pastries, flavoured with pumpkin and carrot for that classic Halloween orange look.

“Baileys is a great liqueur to work with as a confectioner”, says Johansson. “The creamy consistency works really well in different cakes and pastries. We have come upon a recipe that works well with Baileys classic taste and combines it with elegant autumn flavours”.

The Halloween pastries will be on sale between October 29 and November 4.
