Another year, another best Nordic bartender from a Stockholm bar. Emil Hed from Svartengrens won the Nordic final in World Class, the world’s biggest bartender competition. Apart from holding the honourable title, he will represent the Nordic countries in the World Final in Berlin in October.
“I work very closely with the kitchen at Svartengrens every day and I think that was an advantage for me this year because we were to apply cooking techniques. Now four months of hard work and preparation awaits. I’ve got a lot to learn to apply new techniques,” says Emil Hed.
For the final he’ll compete with bartenders from 59 countries.
