Paulo Fagundez, Jerry Forsberg and Felix Granander – the trio behind Kasai and the related dinner club Ochaya – began their journey together when they launched the Brunch & Bubbles concept in 2015. Now they’ve decided to expand their Kasai franchise.

”We have had a fantastic year with Kasai and Ochaya at Linnégatan but our guests have asked for an alternative for quick lunches, takeout and delivery. Kasai is a very sociable spot where you can spend a couple of hours with friends but at Mini Kasai the idea is that you can come in and eat in about 25 minutes or take the food home”, explains Paulo Fagundez.

Mini Kasai opened their sushibar and takeaway in the Mood shopping centre at the end of May.
