Orange Juice

Why:

The question is why not? Orange wines have lately been providing a trendy, fresh and funky alternative to whites, rosés and reds. Furthermore, a serving of extra fruit every day can only help a healthy diet and take the edge off a hard day.

How:

The colour of this type of wine is a result of the fermentation process where the skins have spent time in contact with the wine juice and gives it a tannic character and amber colour. Enjoy it chilled, just like white wine.

Where:

Sakiko Jin and Damon Young, previously at Oaxen and Woodstockholm have opened Ambar, a wine bar specializing in amber-coloured libations, most of them available by the glass and handpicked by the owners. The food options consists mainly of Japanese-style comfort foods.
