Swedish Father’s Day is coming up on November 12, and Doc Lounge Stockholm are putting on a special event this Wednesday to celebrate the pappas out there. They’re showing the documentary series Jag Ringer Pappa by Martina Carlstedt and Ina Holmquist, a follow-up to their Jag Ringer Mamma film. As you can imagine, the film revolves around a series of phone calls to fathers, and the evening will also include a talk with the two directors. In addition, there will be spoken word performances by Helene Ericsson, Amanda Delgado Glad and Felicia Högnelid, and Jag Ringer Pappa LIVE, a performance piece by the actors Alica Tserkovnaja and Victor Ström. It starts at Landet at 19:00.
