Extreme makover

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, as the old saying goes, and with one eye on environmental sustainability Sörab launched a recycling park at Lidingö earlier this spring.

It’s supposed to be a place where a modern recycling plant can be much more than only that; it’s also an inspiring art experience, with art made out of recycled material designed by Torstensson Art & Design. The concept is to make the visitors see that there’s no such thing as garbage. Everything can be reused into something beautiful or purposeful.
