At the heart of Printz , we specialize in handmade sausages. On our menu we have sausage dishes created from meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. However, we’re much more than that: we also have many non-sausage dishes to choose from. The craftsmanship that goes into our sausage making & cooking is of the highest grade, from start to finish. We produce both classic and traditional, Swedish and international sausages, as well as seasonal game and mushroom sausages. All the meat we work with at Printz is of the highest quality and comes from selected farms in Gotland.

We have a wide range of special sausage variations which we offer in rotation on our menu, including Thüringer, Chorizo, bean-sausage, salami, blood-sausage, smoked sausage, Salciccia, fish and seafood sausages and  sausages crafted from hung and tenderised meat. All our sausages are produced to the highest industry standards in our sausage production centre, one of the walls of which is made of glass, so our guests can watch as we produce our various products. Join us for a drink and a truly delectable dining experience while watching our masters, at work, through the large sausage-making station window. Your taste buds will not regret it!

I hjärtat av Printz ligger korvmakeriet, här tillverkas Printz samtliga korvar för hand. På menyn finns rätter som innehåller korv på kött, fisk, skaldjur och grönsaker. Naturligtvis serveras även andra rätter utan inslag av korv. Hantverket i korvmakeriet och tillagningen i köket är i allra högsta grad utförda från grunden.
Printz tillverkar klassiska och traditionella korvar, både svenska och internationella, liksom säsongsbetonade korvar på vilt och svamp. Allt kött som vi arbetar med på Printz är svenskt och kommer från utvalda gårdar på Gotland.
I korvmakeriets innersta döljer sig mängder med korvrecept, olika variationer erbjuds växelvis på menyn. Till exempel Thüringer, Chorizo, bönkorv, salami, blodkorv, isterband, Salciccia, korv på fisk och skaldjur och korv på hängmörat kött. Även detaljstyckning, hängmörning, chark och salamitillverkning sker i korvmakeriet efter konstens alla regler. En av väggarna består av glas så att gästerna kan se vad vi gör och hur vi tillverkar de olika produkterna.
