Throughout Stockholm’s gourmet fast and street food explosion, trio Mattias Wittrock, Oskar Davidsson and Filip Jakobsson feel that poultry has been somewhat snubbed. Bird Bar, their latest venture located in the Östermalm neighbourhood, aims to remedy that.
Hot wings, buttermilk fried chicken, chicken tacos, duck confit and grilled duck heart are dishes featured on the menu, while the beverage selection consists of micro-brews, cocktails and cava.
