Boqueria Torg in Mood Gallerian plays host to a very special visit this November, as the restaurant is visited by Josean Calvo, head chef at the fabled Bar Zeruko i San Sebastian in the Basque Country, to bring his famous Pintxos dishes to Stockholm. Pintxos, for those of you who don’t spend hours a day buried in cookbooks, is a a traditional Basque snack food, designed for sharing socially, where several different ingredients are skewered together with a toothpick.

Calvo will be bringing some of Bar Zeruko’s signature Pintxos dishes to Boqueria Torg between November 18 and 21. These include Bacalao Ahumado (smoked cod) and Tosta de Bogavante (smoked lobster and aoili). Boqueria’s head chef Karl Malm said “Bar Zeruko has in its three decades in the business succeeded in innovating what pintxos can be while simultaneously respecting the dish’s traditions. That’s why we see Bar Zeruko as a fun and exciting business partner”. Calvo’s menu will be available at Boqueria from between Nov 18 and 21.
