What is a work of art? Bonniers Konsthall continues their exploration of non-painted pieces this fall, by introducing the Brazilian artist Laura Lima (born 1971). She is one of the most interesting and well-known artists in Brazil, and in her first Nordic exhibition we get to the explore her installation pieces created with live bodies.

The show, *Den Nakna Magikern* (*The Naked Magician*) shows her giant live sculpture with the same name, where a person acts the magician, surrounded by an incredible amount of things collected from flea markets and regular people. Or, as the Bonniers Konsthall boss Sara Arrhenius expresses it: “Lima’s art invites us to let go of the expectations of what an art work should be.”

Laura Lima – *Den Nakna Magikern*, on display at Bonniers Konsthall until 30 Nov.
