latinlovin The Bengtssons, a family that runs their mini empire of hotels and restaurants out of a small block of buildings in Gamla stan, and who have given us gastronomic concepts such as Pubologi, Tweed and Leijontornet, has resumed last years success – the courtyard barbeque restaurant Svinet. This year, however, the juicy cuts of grilled pig (Svinet means ‘pig’ in Swedish) can be accompanied by a classy cocktail from new summer bar The Sanchez. Expect bartenders with plaid shirts, quiff haircuts and beards mixing cocteles variadas under light strands with multi-coloured bulbs. At The Sanchez, the humidor is also well-stocked with Cuban cigarres. Gåsgränd 7
