The new restaurant Artilleriet has moved in beside Armémuseum. Behind the idea is Mattias Örn, Carina Degen Örn och Andreas Tillborg. The trio have prior experience from running restaurants like Atrium at the National Museum and Horisont but this will be the first time they’ll be creating everything from the ground up. ”Our concept is not based on having any particular kind of guest, we want to entice all kinds of audiences, young and old, and we have styled the interior so that it’s suited for a range of different occasions. We have a mix of bar stools, sofas along the walls and a large community table where you can meet across generations,” explains Carina Degen Örn.
