The artist Anna Daučíková has led a career that’s gone from glass-blowing to founding radical journals to being professor of art at the Prague Academy, as well as being a former member of the Soviet Artists’ Union and spokesperson for LGBT rights in Slovakia. This exhibition, On Allomorphing, is an exploration about psychological and physical malleability, and the title comes from the linguistic term Allomorph, “when a unit of meaning varies in sound without changing the meaning”.
