Supersizing
They may have started small, but things are ramping up for a home-grown burger chain Phil’s Burger. “There is room for many more Phil’s,” says Peder Skaj, one of the founding members.
The gourmet hamburger chain that has two locations in the outskirts of the inner city has now opened in a prime location on Birger Jarlsgatan, just off Stureplan. Phil’s has also recently opened up their first burger joint outside of Stockholm, in the city of Eskilstuna. “We aim to expand all over Sweden,” concludes Skaj.
