Merry-go-round of life
Life often comes full circle, and that is also the case for close friends and restaurateurs Christopher Ellertsson and Lukas Moderato. Having met in the kitchen of the now-defunct restaurant Parlamentet 20 years ago, they recently returned to that exact same address to set up Carousel, along with Lukas’ brother Robin.
Carousel will take guests on a spin of Europe, focusing mainly on Spanish ingredients prepared with the Nordic season in mind.
