Armed with synths and infectious pop melodies, Heather D’Angelo, Erika Forster and Annie Hart of Brooklyn band Au Revoir Simone speak to an engaged and rapidly growing indie audience. We’re pretty sure that you’ll be mesmerized by them too.

With their fourth album, September’s “Move In Spectrums” in the bag, it’s now time for another visit to Stockholm.  Drop by on Feb 6th to experience them conjure up an evening of pop heaven.

SUVI

suvi

First up tonight is Suvi from our own Stockholm shores. Her music is made up of cinematic beats and melodies with orchestral elements topped with inspiration from world music. In 2012 she released the pop gem “Clovers” and in 2013 this was followed up by the single Bleeding For Your Love” which found its way on to Hype Machine’s top 10 in June 2013.

On her upcoming album Suvi has collaborated with the producers Julius Duhs and Robin Svensk, a team who’ve previously lent their production talents to the likes of world famous DJ and songwriter duo Nervo, Miike Snow, Harrison Miya and Loreen (winner of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest).

Suvi has recently supported Kim Cesarion on Finnish radio and television and is planning her own tour right now!
