Over 30 dolls made by Japanese artist Hatsuko Ohno (1915-1982) are currently on display at the Östasiatiska Museet. These exquisite figures depict the Kabuki theatre as well as women in everyday situations and have been interpreted as three dimensional representations of traditional Japanese ukiyo-e images.

The exhibition runs until November 11. More info here.
