2013 seems to be another big year for the Stockholm restaurant scene – many openings, many square metres. In April, the city gets another large restaurant complex when Pelle Lydmar opens the doors to his new establishment on Strandvägen 1, one of the city’s finest addresses.

Known for the successful, self-titled restaurant that operated on Humlegårdsgatan in the 1990s, and more recently, for the lifestyle hotel and restaurant with the same name that opened four years ago opposite to the Royal Castle, the restaurant will be Lydmar’s third.

Strandvägen 1 will feature three restaurants with different profiles – from the simple to the luxurious – and an outdoor terrace, but no details have so far been revealed.
