Stigbergets Bryggeri Take Over The Taps On St:Eriksgatan

Stigbergets Bryggeri

You are a so-called handcraft-brewery, what does that mean really?

“It’s a sliding scale from the really small and human-powered brewing process in a kitchen at home, to enormous plants that most would call industrial, but our ambition is to have the same quality as the kitchen-brewer. It’s a focus on quality. That’s my definition, and it’s maybe not universal. In our case, a handful of people follow the brewing process from beginning to end”. So said Nils Hultkrantz of Stigbergets Bryggeri. The Gothenburg Brewery has become one of Sweden’s most popular over the last few years, and they’re coming to Stockholm for a tap takeover on March 1. They’re at the Bishop’s Arms on St:Eriksgatan, so if you want to taste some of the fanciest new craft beers this is the place to be.
